The state of Missouri & Kansas require that anyone interested in obtaining a real estate sales person license must complete 2 courses before obtaining their license.  These classes are as follows:

The process for obtaining your license can feel overwhelming, but we have outlined the steps needed.

1. Register and take for 48 hour pre-exam course

2. Register for exam

3. Pass the exam

4. Register and take the 24 hour practice course

5. Apply for real estate license

 

Class will be Monday May, 2 - Friday May 20th 

Weekdays will be held 6:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturdays will be 8:30 - 5pm.

 

Dr. Tameka Bryant, broker, author and instructor is known for her Keep it Moving attitude. As a licensed bi-state broker, Tameka has closed more than 2000 transactions. Since she doesn't operate in a box, she has developed many opportunities within several real estate niches. Tameka serves as the Dean of Training Partners, LP, a bi-state real estate school.
