The state of Missouri & Kansas require that anyone interested in obtaining a real estate sales person license must complete 2 courses before obtaining their license. These classes are as follows:
The process for obtaining your license can feel overwhelming, but we have outlined the steps needed.
1. Register and take for 48 hour pre-exam course
2. Register for exam
3. Pass the exam
4. Register and take the 24 hour practice course
5. Apply for real estate license
Class will be Monday, October 17th - Friday, October 28th
Weekdays will be held 5:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturdays will be 8:00 - 5pm.
The Post License Class Meets:
Monday, Oct, 31st - Saturday, November 5th
Weekdays 5:00PM - 10:00PM
Saturday 9:00AM - 2:00PM
