  • VIP Early Access 4PM

Saturday:

  • 10AM-7PM
  • VIP Early Access 9:30AM
  • Adult Admission 10AM
  • VIP & Vendor Trade Night: 6:30PM 

 

 Sunday:

  • 10AM-6PM
  • VIP Early Access 9:30AM
  • Adult Admission 10AM

 

 Adult Admissions

  • Adult Admission $15
  • Kids 12 and under are FREE with paid adult
  • FREE Pokémon tote bag to the first attendees each day while supplies last

 

VIP Early Access Pass

  • $25 (Includes All 3 Days)
  • Early access starting at 4PM Friday, 9:30AM Saturday and Sunday
  • Trade Night starting at 6:30PM Saturday
  • Premium gift to the first VIP attendees through the door on Saturday while supplies last
  • Kids 12 and under are FREE with paid adult

 

 

PRIME TABLE $250

  • Prime tables will either be on wall, end cap, foyer or near entrance
  • 1 table with 2 chairs
  • 2 vendor badges

 

 Bronze Package $200

Includes:

  • 1 Table and chairs
  • 2 Vendor Badges

Silver Package $600

Includes:

  • 3 Table and chairs
  • 6 Vendor Badges
  • Your logo included on social media vendor spotlight posts (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)

 

Gold Package $1,000

Includes:

  • 5 tables with chairs
  • 10 Vendor badges 
  • Your logo included on social media vendor spotlight posts (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)

 

Platinum Package $1,750

 Includes:

  • 10 tables with chairs
  • 15 Vendor badges 
  • Your logo included on social media vendor spotlight posts (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)

 

Additional Vendor Badges are available check-in

-$25 for weekend 

 

***All Food and Beverage Vendors must receive approval prior to submitting registration***

 

All REGISTRATION fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
