Join us for our Miniathlon Event’s getting you ready to become a Triathlete,Ironman or simply just to be involved
Event's will be suited to all fitness levels
1 k - 1 mile or 1 hour swim is the goal
3 groups on the bike, these groups will be setting off five minutes apart, first group will be sitting at an average of 12 mph, second group will be an average of 14 mph and the 3rd group will be sitting at an average of 16 mph
We will be all doing the same route, which will consist of 12.5 miles out and 12.5 miles back to Larkhall leisure centre
For the Run there's a 5 or 10k route, All will finish back at Larkhall leisure centre for medal presentation, tea, coffee and sandwiches.
