Hey Mama's!
🧠 In honor of Maternal Mental Health Month, join our sponsor, Certified Health and Fitness Instructor Jenna Allerson, for a group workout session centered on you, mama. Jenna will begin the session with a short testimonial about overcoming postpartum OCD through faith, fitness, and hope.
👟 After her testimonial, Jenna will lead us in a low-impact barre without the barre class. Movement will be set to uplifting music to uplift our spirits and we will finish with a time of silence for gratitude and reflection.
- Bring a water and a mat! Jenna will provide some exercise bands if anyone wants an extra challenge ??
- Non mobile babies are definitely welcome! Bring a blanket or carrier if you’d like.
- This is a FREE class for all fitness levels!
🅿 Parking: There is parking in the lot near the park. If busy, you can park on the street on Xerxes or across the street on W 100th Street.
