Description: In this course we will practice concepts from the course “Microsoft Teams for Project Management: Explore the ability to utilize Microsoft Teams as an effective project management tool. Create a central point of truth for projects to allow team members the ability to collaborate, perform tasks and monitor progression of a project.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize the benefit of creating a central place for truth for a team project
  • Assemble a Team and customize the space to optimize collaboration for any project
  • Attain the ability to utilize other Microsoft apps within Teams to make collaboration easier and more effective for a project

Note: this is an intermediate level class. Participants should be comfortable with basic funtionaility in MicrosoftTeams
