Friday:

  • Vendor Registration & Set up: Starts at 1 PM
  • Kickoff Party: 4PM-10PM
  • Voice Actors 5PM-9PM

Saturday:

  • Trading Card Con: 10AM-7PM
  • Voice Actors 10AM-6PM
  • Vendor & VIP Trade Night: 7PM-12AM

Sunday:

  • Vendor Appreciation Breakfast: 9AM-10AM
  • Voice Actors 10AM-6PM
  • Trading Card Con: 10AM-6PM

 

Table Dimensions- Standard 6 ft Table (72" x 30")

 

Every vendor will receive a Trading Card Con T-Shirt at check-in

 

FREE grab and go juice, coffee and donuts will be available Sunday morning to all Vendors  

 

Exhibitor Table Packages:

Bronze Package $350

Includes:

  • 1 Table with 2 Vendor Badges
  • 2 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event)

 

Silver Package $975 

Includes:

  • 3 tables with 6 Vendor badges
  • 6 Drink Tickets Total (Redeemable at any time during event)
  • This package saves $25 per table

 

Gold Package $1,500

8 packages available 

Includes:

  • 5 tables with 10 badges
  • 10 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event) 
  • Your logo included in Social Media Marketing. (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)
  • This package saves $50 per table

 

Platinum package $2500 

3 Packages Available

Includes:

  • 10 tables with 20 Vendor badges
  • 20 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event)
  • Your logo included in Social Media Marketing. (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify) 
  • This package saves $100 per table

 

 **Additional Vendor Badges are available for $40 for full weekend or $25 for day badge at check-in**

 

***All Food and Beverage Vendors must receive approval prior to submitting registration***

 

 

All REGISTRATION fees are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
