MGM Resorts Power Sales Writing Training

We will have two classes to select from on Friday, Sept 23rd;  8A - 11:30A   &   12:30P - 4:00P 

Class will be held at Delano Las Vegas, Sienna BC 

This training, conducted by Sue Hershkowitz-Coore, will teach you how to quickly engage your customers through e-channels.  The workshop is practical and specific because you’ll use the email examples you and your colleagues submit to improve your skills.  

You’ll leave this high energy session with fresh, new ways to:

• advance the sale, 

• handle challenging situations, 

• eliminate words that sabotage success, 

• ask for the next step, and

• communicate brand values to create distinction and desire.

You will need to send the following to Sue via email at Sue@SpeakerSue.com by September 7, 2016:

·         1 written communication you are proud of

·         1 written communication which you wish you hadn't sent

·         1 written communication that is routine but that you would like to improve upon

To attend, please send writing samples to Sue by September 7th.  Please know that these writings will be used during the training but ALL names of the salesperson, hotel, client, etc. will be removed to protect the guilty!  :) 

This class has limited space, please review your schedule before you RSVP.  All cancelations will need to be submitted before September 7th.  Please note, if you RSVP and do not attend, your department will still be responsible for payment.
