Medicinal Plant Walk With Sonja, Wild Integrative Health on Wednesday, October 15 at 10am at Terrace Oaks West Park.
Join us for a super fun, simple, and stroller/carrier friendly walk together and safely identify 2-3 local plants, talking about their medicinal properties and a few culinary uses.
The kids can create a simple nature bracelet from what they find along the way, giving them something hands-on and engaging.
Sonja will share a special $20 off coupon code for moms to use toward their first acupuncture visit. Everyone in attendance will be entered into a raffle to win a free consultation and a custom herbal tea blend made uniquely for them.
It will be informal, nourishing, and a way for moms to connect with nature and one another while their kids enjoy being outside ☀️🌿

The Mom Walk Collective is found on social media, primarily Instagram.
For content reasons we film and photograph attendees for our recap reels and social media posts to bring awareness to local moms where to find community near them. If you DO NOT want to be filmed please let me know upon meeting so I can respectfully keep you out of any posts and videos.
Our walks are always free for everyone, unless it is an event that has a fee. We ask that you register by signing a waver for this event to also confirm your attendance and allow event organizers to notify you of any changes.
*Please register only for yourself and not your kiddos unless specified to when signing the waiver.
Walks, events, and our community are open to all moms: moms-to-be, bonus moms, newborn moms, toddler moms, big kid moms, and more. Everyone is always welcome!
