Registration Fee $110.00
Payment Payment is made with your registration using your credit card pm eventzilla. Full payment must be received no later than 3 days prior to the training start date to ensure you receive your confirmation in time for your webinar. Confirmation of your registration will occur when you receive a “zoom” invitation to attend the webinar. Transfer of the zoom webinar invitation to another person is not authorized.
Cancellation or Change Requests All requests for cancellation or change must be made in writing via email to mwestassoc@gmail.com)
A $10.00 administration fee will apply for any changes to registration (cancellation, re-scheduling and transfers) made prior to the training. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be applied towards future webinars.
Transfer or Rescheduling – Registration is transferable between individuals or you may reschedule a webinar if requested 48 hours prior to the start of your original webinar date. The $10.00 administration fee will apply.
If you request a change (cancellation, transfer or reschedule) 48 hours or less prior to the training session for health or other emergency circumstances your request will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Michael West & Associates. If granted, only one reschedule or transfer of a scheduled webinar is authorized. The $10.00 administration fee will apply.
No-show No refunds are made to registered participants who do not attend or cancel their webinar.
Refunds
A refund is available only for cancellations made prior to 48 hours proceeding the webinar. The $10.00 administration fee will apply.
Accessing the Webinar
The webinar will take place on the Zoom platform. You will need a computer with camera to fully participate. You will receive information on how to access the platform after we have received your completed registration form and payment.
