October 31, 2021 is just around the corner. Do you need to fulfill your mediator ethics requirement before the end of October 2021?  Are you short on time or worried that a session you sign up for will be cancelled for low enrollment? Do you need an alternative to a live training because of the coronavirus?

The following new dates have been added so that you can comfortably attend a webinar from the comfort of your home or office. No need to travel, and the session will run regardless of the number of attendees. The only exception being the acts of nature outside our control.

September 27, 2021 – 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Monday)

October 12, 2021 – 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Monday)

October 18, 2021 – 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Monday)

October 15, 2021 – 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (Monday)

SCHEDULE AND REGISTRATION:  Click on link to start the registration. There is a drop down to “Select a date”.  Make your selection. Click the down arrow for the number of tickets. Then click on “Register Now” and complete the registration.

This webinar is an interactive and engaging workshop on how to apply ethical principles and make ethical decisions in your mediation practice.  Attendees will examine what drives their own ethical behavior by introducing you to different value schemas. The workshop will then examine how to make ethical decisions when the dilemma is not specifically addressed in the Virginia Standards of Ethics and Professional Responsibility for Certified Mediators or other guidelines.

This webinar meets the ethics training requirement for recertification by the Office of Dispute Resolution Services, Supreme Court of Virginia.

Registration Fee $110.00

Payment
Payment is made with your registration using your credit card on eventzilla.  Full payment must be received no later than 3 days prior to the training start date to ensure you receive your confirmation in time for your webinar. Confirmation of your registration will occur when you receive a “zoom” invitation to attend the webinar.  Transfer of the zoom webinar invitation to another person is not authorized.

Cancellation or Change Requests
All requests for cancellation or change must be made in writing via email to mwestassoc@gmail.com)

A $10.00 administration fee will apply for any changes to registration (cancellation or re-scheduling) made prior to the training. This fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be applied towards future webinars.

Transfer or Rescheduling – Registration is transferable between individuals or you may reschedule a webinar if requested 48 hours prior to the start of your original webinar date.  The $10.00 administration fee will apply.

If you request a change (cancellation, transfer or reschedule) 48 hours or less prior to the training session for health or other emergency circumstances your request will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Michael West & Associates. If granted, only one reschedule or transfer of a scheduled webinar is authorized.  The $10.00 administration fee will apply.

No-show
No refunds are made to registered participants who do not attend or cancel their webinar.

Refunds 

A refund is available only for cancellations made prior to 48 hours proceeding the webinar.  The $10.00 administration fee will apply.

Accessing the Webinar

The webinar will take place on the Zoom platform. You will need a computer with camera and speakers to fully participate.  You will receive information on how to access the platform after we have received your completed registration form and payment. We will make every effort to accommodate a time to test your system to ensure you can fully participate on the day of the training. We won’t be able to provide technical support on the day of the training.
