Kelly will be joined by a panel of Public Health experts, as well as representatives from acute and long-term care facilities to share CRE experience

Directions:

From northbound I-5

Take exit 192 “Broadway / 41st Street.”
Merge onto Broadway Avenue.
After 3 miles, turn left on 13th Street.
The hospital is three blocks ahead on your left.

From southbound I-5

Take exit 198 “WA-529 / N. Broadway.”
Follow Highway 529 for 3.2 miles.
Turn right on 13th Street.
The hospital is three blocks ahead on your left.

Parking:

Free street parking for 2 hours

• Recommend parking near 14^th and Rockefeller Ave. You come into the Medical Office Building (MOB) directly, then take stairs down to first level and follow signs to conference rooms.

Free visitor garage parking on corner of 13^th Street and Oakes Avenue

• From south end of parking garage, level P3, take sky bridge into hospital. Medical Office Building (MOB) will be on your left. Take stairs down to first level and follow signs to conference rooms.
