Get a head start on college admissions planning with help from experts on college planning and test-taking! Parents of 9-11th grade students are invited to join College Admissions Advisor, Gina Gerrato Greenhaus, and La Jolla LearningWorks Founder, Megan Cohen Trezza, for practical tips on setting your child up for successful college admissions and planning ahead to navigate the college path with confidence.
 
Gina will present on college admissions planning, including:
  • What matters most to colleges
  • How to determine the right college for your child
  • Creating a college plan for a stress-free admissions process

 

Megan will present on college admissions testing, including:

  • Differences between the ACT and SAT
  • Determining which test is best for your child
  • When to take admissions tests and how to help your child get his/her best score
 
About our Presenters:
Gina Gerrato Greenhaus - Gina is the founder of Greenhaus Education and College Consulting.  She is a trained counselor with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and advanced certifications in college counseling. She is a member of the Western Association of College Admissions Counselors, Higher Education Consultants, and Independent Education Consultants Association. She provides her students and their families a well defined interpretation of what matters most to colleges and how they make their decisions. Gina creates a supportive environment for students to work through their college applications and essays with less stress and more success. 
 
Megan Cohen Trezza - Megan is an educational therapist and founder of La Jolla LearningWorks. With over a decade of experience in coaching students to reach their fullest potential through test prep and academic support, Megan loves helping students and their families reach their goals for college admissions. In applying her expertise in individualized learning, Megan assists families in planning test preparation programs tailored to each student's unique learning profile and objectives for admissions.
