Dear friends and family,
We’re gathering once again…
This weekend is a chance for us to come together in a small, supportive group for two nights—giving ourselves the space to explore our inner worlds and grow as a community.
Here’s a glimpse of what we have planned:
Friday
We’ll arrive gently with light connection games and exercises to help everyone land in the space. From there, we’ll share a nourishing family-style dinner prepared by Sally.
The evening will flow into community time—sharing conversation, stories, ideas, and perhaps some music—before settling around the fire.
Saturday
We’ll begin the day gently in silence before sauna and cold dip followed by food before shadow work and time for rest, and reflection.
Later, we’ll gather for cacao, collective journaling, and intention-setting by the fire.
From there, we’ll move into the evening ceremony, supported by a sound journey and beautiful mushrooms to help us go deeper.
Sunday
We’ll close with an integration practice tailored to what the group needs, followed by a final shared meal and closing circle.
You’re welcome to sleep in the space or bring a tent if you’re up for the weather.
We’ll be supported by Ian, a qualified therapist, who offers an online intention-setting session the week before, plus two integration sessions afterwards. Optional 1:1 sessions are also available for additional support.
This is deep, transformational work, and we keep the group small so it can be held with care, safety, and attention.
As always, the standard contribution is £450 on a sliding scale.
If this isn’t possible for you right now, please reach out.
And if you’re able to contribute more to help us offer reduced places to others, we’re grateful. 🙏
LOVE

Health Information
Our regular Earth ceremonies honour the abundance, knowledge, and wisdom the natural world offers us. We gather to celebrate the elements—sun and moon, fire and water, light and dark. Ceremonies like these have been held for centuries.
Based on long-standing tradition and contemporary research, we can say that what we do is safe for most people.
However, certain health conditions and medications may require caution or mean it’s better not to take part.
We will be working with several natural allies, including medicinal mushrooms (such as Lion’s Mane and Reishi), cacao, hapé and sananga. Everything is optional—nothing is ever required during your time with us.
Recreational drugs
Please avoid all recreational drugs for at least one week before and after.
It is essential to avoid MDMA/ecstasy, 2CB, cocaine, opiates, and amphetamines for at least one week either side.
No other substances should be taken on the day or during your stay without speaking to us first.
Antidepressants
If you take Prozac or other SSRIs, a medical consultation is essential.
These medications often need to be stopped three weeks before joining.
Mental health conditions
For those with severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or psychosis, participation is strongly discouraged for safety reasons.
Prescription medication
If you take any prescription medication (including antibiotics), have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or are currently receiving medical treatment, please consult your doctor beforehand.
Herbal remedies
If you use herbal antidepressants like St John’s Wort, please discontinue two weeks before joining.
Preparing for the Ceremony
To make the most of the experience, we encourage at least a week of gentle preparation—both physically and mentally.
-
Eat clean, nourishing food and avoid processed or heavy meals
-
Avoid recreational substances (including cannabis and alcohol)
-
Spend time with your intention—journaling, meditation, or quiet reflection
We want this to be a safe and beautiful experience for everyone.
Transparency is essential: please let us know about any medications, health conditions, or substance use—even if it isn’t listed above.
If you have any questions or want to talk anything through, we’re here.
We can’t wait to share this time with you.
