The Trinity Health – New England Executive Leadership Team is pleased to invite our leaders to a special development opportunity, The Colleague Engagement Boot Camp and Positive Leadership Workshop for Managers on Thursday, March 16, 7:30am - 4:00pm at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT. This workshop will provide you with new skills for increasing colleague engagement and to help have a deeper understanding of colleague performance dynamics. This workshop will also dive into the practical science of positive leadership and why it works.
Don Rheem, CEO of E3 Solutions, is a nationally recognized leader in his field and will be facilitating this workshop. His training has received high ratings throughout the country, offering immediately actionable takeaways and is the foundation in developing exceptional leadership skills. This hybrid workshop also provides a dive into the practical science of positive leadership and why it works.
This session will be interaction, inclusive, fast-paced and actionable. The opportunity to network with colleagues from our various entities will also be a plus.
