Description: This session covers the basics of individual development plans and other tools you can access at Home Forward to support your professional development. You will leave this class with an overview of the professional development options at Home Forward as well as a framework for developing your own plan. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss the components of Individual Development Plans 
  • Explore strategies for initiating a conversation with your supervisor about professional development and goals 
  • List tools and options available to you at Home Forward
