  Arindam is a seasoned technology leader, currently leading the product and engineering functions in the Retention, Engagement and New Growth teams at Flipkart, India's leading e-commerce company. Till very recently, he was also leading the User Experience, Design and User Research teams at Flipkart and has helped build both of these teams. Before Flipkart, he has worked in the travel industry with Tripadvisor as well as in the RFID space in healthcare in the US. Arindam is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and IIT Kharagpur.
