Maine YogaFest is a community-built event that relies on early commitments to support teachers, staff, vendors, musicians, nonprofit partners, and local infrastructure. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to schedule changes, personal conflicts, weather, travel issues, or illness.

If you can’t attend

• Tickets may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated on the ticket type.

• Tickets may not be resold for more than face value.

• Discount codes and promotional tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly noted.

Event changes

Maine YogaFest reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, teachers, programming, or venue as needed. All efforts will be made to maintain the integrity and quality of the experience.

Weather policy

Maine YogaFest is held rain or shine. Programming may be adjusted for safety and comfort.

The Wellness Expo is a curated marketplace of holistic practitioners, wellness brands, and healing arts professionals aligned with the values of community, connection, and whole-person wellbeing. This space is designed for meaningful interaction, education, and discovery throughout Maine YogaFest.

We welcome vendors and healers offering products or services that support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Wellness Expo Location

The Wellness Expo is centrally located at the heart of the festival, positioned near the Community Tent and the Healing Inn. This prime placement offers high visibility, steady foot traffic, and natural opportunities for connection with attendees moving between classes, workshops, and healing experiences.

• $249 - Weekend Vendor Pass
• * Your vendor pass works like a yogafest ticket. You can sign up for workshops and classes. You may bring 1 other person to your vendor booth if you decide to participate. If your help also wants to take classes, they will have to purchase a festival ticket.

Space is limited and acceptance is based on alignment and balance of offerings.

Vendor Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

By applying, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Vendors must provide their own 10’ x 10’ tent
• No stakes permitted (weights required if needed)
• No electricity provided
• Vendors must provide their own table(s), chair(s), and display materials
• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and displaying any required vendor or sales permits
• No overnight security is provided — items left overnight are at your own risk
• Signing our Vendor Contract
