If your macadamia orchard was affected by the May 2025 floods or Tropical Cyclone Alfred (March 2025), you may be eligible for a grant funding of up to $25,000 or $75,000 depending on location, under the Commonwealth–State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
This free workshop is a chance to connect with fellow AMS members, ask questions, and get practical advice from experts about financial recovery and on-farm support. Learn more about the application process, eligibility criteria, what you can and can’t claim, evidence needed to support your claim, timelines and more. It's also an opportunity to talk through your situation and begin the recovery journey with guidance and community.
You’ll hear from:
- Rural Assistance Authority (RAA) – Grants and key application criteria
- Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) – How they can support you
- NSW DPIRD technical staff – Damage overview and recovery strategies
