Come join us for a 3-day Expressive Arts workshop for Teen girls!
Express and explore your full, positive and most authentic self. Using visual art, movement, guided imagery, and creative writing, participants will explore their creative selves in a fun, stress-free, and safe environment. Themes include positive body image, identity, bravery over perfection, letting go of expectations, our many layers, and genuine self-expression. At the end of the workshop, the expectation is that the girls will feel better about their bodies, their future, and feel more confident in expressing their own voice.
