Stephen and Kim Winters reside in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are personally sponsored by Stephen's parents, Double Diamonds Larry and Pam Winters and are Q12 Rubies in the business. Prior to the business he was a professional motocross racer and then worked at a startup. He met his wife through the business opportunity. Kim grew up in Durham, North Carolina in a very academic home. Both parents are PHD’s from Princeton and Duke Universities. She swam competitively and attended college studying Bio-Chemistry. Her dream was to work at Nutrilite and develop healthy food products. She never finished college and became a full time wife at the age of 23 when she married Stephen.
