As the youngest of the Yager siblings, Steve Yager was born into the Amway business and grew up in the Yager System. Mentored by his parents, Steve grew up watching Dex and Birdie face initial struggles and then flourish. In the process, their pattern evolved into the “Yager System” and today the massive organization fosters success through serving others. By the time Steve was a teenager, he was working in the back office & behind the scenes, then into the living rooms and now ballrooms and arenas around the globe. In the past 20-plus years, Steve and his brothers have expanded the Yager business throughout the world and achieved the level Emerald & Diamond in more than a dozen countries. They are passionate about their vision for a promising future. Steve is married to Cecile, whose background is television news and entertainment and corporate sales. They enjoy raising their four children and reside on Lake Wylie in South Carolina. Steve & Cecile, along with Steve’s brothers, are leading the Yager Group into the next 50 years.
