In Listings A-Z, real estate agents spend an action-packed five hours discovering what it takes to properly serve and delight sellers, while also remaining compliant according to the state of Colorado and your employing broker. This hands-on session will look at the psychology of selling and how reale state brokers can address sellers' most common fears. Students will also review and explain a listing contract; discuss when to use disclosure statements; and complete a competitive market analysis, a seller net sheet and develop a listing presentation.

 This course provides four hours of Continuing Education (CE) credits for licensed Colorado brokers.

I have been a professional trainer in the high tech, higher education and real estate industries for over 20 years. As the Director of Colorado Pre-Licensing for American Dream Real Estate Schools, I develop curriculum and provide pre-licensing and continuing education instruction to potential and current real estate professionals.  I was also a former Kaplan Professional Schools instructor. 

 

I served as Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Partners in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was a Certified Market Center Instructor there in 2009.

 

I have been a REALTOR(r) since 2004, specializing in residential real estate in Colorado Springs and eastern El Paso County, and am a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). As the Employing Broker/Owner of my own real estate company from 2009 - 2015, I oversaw training and mentoring for my agents. I am currently the Employing Broker at CENTURY 21 Top Realty Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and utilize the same high-quality coaching and mentoring program I offer through SuccessfullyU to help these new agents start their new careers off on the right foot.
