Hey I'm Scott! I get it - I've been there and am out the other side... After years of working in mining, having it all with a rural property, investment house, cars, 4WD's, camper trailers, boats, 4 wheelers and plenty of cash to burn there was always something still missing! I just wasn't completely satisfied with the job I was in, it wasn't filling me up and I was filling the gap with all these 'things' and numbing with a few drinks. I broke the cycle, tried something different, shifted careers and invested in coaching. I totally rediscovered who I was, where I wanted to be in life and set about enjoying the journey! It's taken work to bust through the barriers and levelling up is never easy but man is it worth it! Thankfully I was able to bring my wife along for the ride and our relationship is more amazing than ever. I've stepped up, stepped away from friends and family who weren't prepared to accept or support me and now I am the happiest I've ever been. I've found passion and purpose in working with other people and am ready to assist you do the same!

Hey I'm Norelle - and if you hadn't already gathered I'm Scott's wife. We've been together 10 years and married for 5. We started off our relationship having lots of fun however at some point we let the stresses of life take over. A few years back Scott went on a massive journey and thankfully bought me along (kicking and screaming at the start!). Boy am I thankful now - despite a personally challenging start to 2020 I have to say we are both happier and more fulfilled than ever - both individually and as a couple. I have been working in human resources for the past 10 years, and have a special interest in leadership and personal development so assisting Scott with coaching was just a natural transition for me.
