This one-hour webinar provides football club charities with practical guidance on fostering LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Participants will gain a clear understanding of LGBTQ+ identities and the legal protections under the Equality Act 2010. The session will explore how inclusive policies and practices can create safer, more supportive spaces, and will offer actionable strategies for workplace adjustments, allyship, and challenging bias. Partcipants will leave equipped with tools to promote equality and build a culture of inclusion across their organisation.
