Her proven strengths in entrepreneurship has given her the ability to coach to small businesses, start-up nonprofits, and entrepreneurs to establish business models with strategic systems that generate consistent 4-5+ figure monthly revenue. Kamila is the Founder/CEO of Kamileon Professional Development (KPD), a nonprofit organization that she found in 2008 with $0 which now generates over $2-4 MILLION in annual revenue. The agency has leveraged its visibility globally through humanitarian partnerships in Kenya, Haiti, Brazil, Chile’, and Honduras. KPD provides professional development training, technology resources, wardrobe and image services to these impoverished communities. Kamila has also worked as a paid consultant for United Way, Goodwill, AARP and Starbucks Foundations.
