The Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Multi Skills, awarded by 1st4sport, is designed to equip aspiring coaches with the essential skills and knowledge to deliver multi-sport coaching sessions to children and young people. This course focuses on developing participants' abilities to plan, deliver, and review safe and effective coaching sessions that promote physical activity and skill development across various sports.
The course has flexible delivery model with blended delivery (online and face to face).
The programme is delivered over 4 days:
- Days 1-2: Online learning
- Day 3: Face to face training day
- Six-Week Break: For learners to complete practical activities and complete their portfolios.
- Day 4: Assessment day, involving a practical session delivered to a live group of participants.
Who: Coaching and delivery staff that work on Premier League Primary Stars and Premier League Kicks Programmes.
Requirements: Learners must be 17+, have proficiency in English and Maths, and complete ID checks prior to the course.
When and where: Hybrid, both online and face to face
