Lecture | Behind The Panels

This Friday, September 25, at 19:00, LFA will host a lecture titled “Behind The Panels” by Artak Knyazyan and Boris Sargsyan, as part of the eighth month of the “12 Months” project, “SECOND LIFE,” curated by Meganom and AGL Architects.

Artak Knyazyan is Founder-Partner and Chief Architect of AGL Architects, leading the studio’s architectural vision and design direction. Boris Sargsyan is a Civil Engineer and Partner at AGL Architects, bringing engineering expertise to the development and realization of its projects. Together, they connect architectural thinking with structural logic.

“Behind the Panels” explores Soviet-era panel housing through architectural and engineering perspectives, focusing on the logic of panel systems, their structural and spatial principles, and how understanding the original design can inform approaches to transformation today.
