Even if you are verbally supporting balance for your team, you send non-verbal messages based on your own approach to your job and how you publicly manage your workload.??

  • Evaluate your own workload as well as your orientation to it and determine ways to reduce your own burden?
  • Examine ways that urgency and perfectionism impact your experience at work??
