This Two day workshop enables participants to increase their self, people, and situational awareness. Participants will develop a clear understanding of why they behave the way they behave, what impression they create, and how they are perceived by others. Participants will get acquainted with sound leadership principles and enhance skills through experiential learning to make the right impact on people. Participants will learn how to use the right mix of influence strategies to be effective in using influence process.
