A fundamental skill of a good leader is the ability to know yourself:  your values, your beliefs about leadership and your personal style.

Our program uses the Meyers-Briggs Personality Inventory (MBTI) as a tool to give you information about your style: how you are oriented toward the external world, how you take in information and draw conclusions about what you perceive.  The normal differences in the way people do these things results in the rich variation of behavior among people.  Your understanding of yourself as well as understanding of another’s behaviors is a key to successful management of yourself and others.

In preparation for our session, I ask that you to complete an online MBTI assessment by logging on to the link below.  This should take you about 20 minutes to complete.  When logging on, simply enter your first and last name, it is not necessary to complete any of the other requested information you will see.

When responding to the questions, it is important that you respond with your “most natural self” in mind.  In other words, do not consider any specific role such as yourself at work vs. yourself at home.  Just select the response which feels right to you.

We will give you your assessment results or your “type” at our session, along with helpful information about type and its use in enhancing self-awareness.
