To be an effective leader, one must truly understand how one’s style or preferences impact communication with others.  There are many tools used to determine one’s leadership style but the one that we have found to be most useful is the Myers Brings Type Indicator (MBTI).  This tool gives you information about how your style interacts with others and how you take information.  In this session, leaders will understand their style and how to recognize the style of others along with strategies to help make communication more effective.  We hope that you will join us in this very informative session that will promise to be enlightening and helpful in all of your relationships.

In preparation for the session, participants are asked to complete the online tool by logging on to the link below.  This will take you about 20 minutes.  When logging on, simply enter your first and last name.  You do not need to complete the other requested information.   Remember when responding to the questions respond with your “most natural self”, don’t answer the questions thinking about yourself in your position.  Think about how you would respond to the question in your most relaxed situation.  Just select what feels right to you.

You will receive your results at our session along with helpful information about TYPE that will enhance your leadership skills.
