Leadership Development & Culture Change is a team of colleagues committed to providing learning opportunities and community building events across the Trinity Health Of New England region. These opportunities are provided in alignment with Trinity Health’s mission of supporting the collective personality of the organization by putting attention and intention towards transforming our culture from a people perspective. Topics have been chosen to provide a holistic approach to building leadership capacity through focus on the individual, the team, all colleagues, and the business of the organization. The courses are facilitated through a variety of modalities to accommodate all types of adult learning preferences.
