The Leadership Development & Culture Change team is sponsoring its first leadership development opportunity on October 26, 2017, in the Collaborative Theater, Innovation & Learning Center at Saint Francis from 2:30-4:00 p.m.  The session “Being a Change Leader When The Change Is Happening To You!” will focus on understanding the dynamics of change, characteristics of being a change leader, and tools to manage change.   Nancy Rousseau, Ph.D. will be the facilitator of this session.   Please attend if you are interested.   We will be registering participates at the door.  We are currently working on hardwiring our registration process through HealthStream but need a little more time to organize registration for future sessions.

Leadership Development & Culture Change is a team of colleagues committed to providing learning opportunities and community building events across the Trinity Health Of New England region. These opportunities are provided in alignment with Trinity Health’s mission of supporting the collective personality of the organization by putting attention and intention towards transforming our culture from a people perspective. Topics have been chosen to provide a holistic approach to building leadership capacity through focus on the individual, the team, all colleagues, and the business of the organization. The courses are facilitated through a variety of modalities to accommodate all types of adult learning preferences. Organized development opportunities serve both to educate individuals while bringing colleagues together to form stronger team relationships.
