Over four focused sessions, you’ll apply proven change management tools to a real project of your own—learning how to identify risks and build strategies that drive results.

This workshop is ideal for leaders and professionals responsible for managing or supporting organizational change.

She brings over 25 years of deep expertise in change management, with a proven track record of driving transformation in complex, global organizations. During her tenure at Caterpillar, she led the creation of the company’s Global Change Management structure, where she developed leaders and practitioners while helping teams manage the people-related risks that come with change.
