This fun Girls Night Out night out will be a Booty Basics 101 Class.
Participants will learn the "science" behind (pun intended) some the popular booty shanking movements. The second half of the evening will be putting to use what you have learning with a few routines. Sure to be a fun night.
Free for participating SHS female alumni band members, $10 for all others!
ThiqFitness is a fitness organization founded by Stephanie Gettridge. ThiqFitness seeks to breaks the stereotype that you have to be a certain build to be fit and active. Stephanie is not your typical instructor. She represents the "Thiq" in ThiqFitness. Her clients range in sizes, shapes and ages.
