Grappling & Self-Defense Week This challenging week introduces campers to 'the ground game’. Young "grapplers" will learn a variety of ground based Jiu-jitsu, Wrestling and Judo techniques including take downs and self-defense, while building self-confidence, self-esteem and self-discipline and making new friends and having fun!
Learn to Box, Kick and Self-Defense (short week - 4 days) Give your child the courage, smarts, skills and confidence they'll use in facing all of life's challenges. We introduce the 'standing' arts including Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai along with street safety education and confidence building. Lightning Strike will be a transformative experience for every camper.
Parkour and Ninja Training Ninja week is designed for even the most energetic of kids. Kids will challenge themselves with new and unique obstacle courses throughout the week, both Indoors and out. Finding confidence in their accomplishments, kids participate in races and team building.
Introduction to Pro Wrestling Your child will get into the wrestling ring with our Battle Arts Academy trainers. Then the fun begins! Singles matches,tag team matches, battle royals, and MORE! We offer a one of a kind summer experience for kids. Each weekly theme provides a new adventure into the world of pro wrestling, martial arts and combat sports. All of our summer sessions are centred around FUN, FITNESS, SAFETY & CONFIDENCE.

Battle Arts Academy camps offer kids the opportunity to try Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Boxing, Muay Thai along with parkour and ninja courses. Professional coaches, state of the art facilities and programs for all skill levels. Each week has a different focus, allowing you to join your favourite, or stay for all seven.
