THIS 30-HOUR COURSE IS REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF KANSAS. IT IS ONE OF TWO COURSES REQUIRED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSE. CLASSES ARE CONVENIENTLY SCHEDULED WEEKNIGHTS TO ACCOMMODATE STUDENTS WHO ARE WORKING AS THEY PREPARE THEMSELVES FOR A NEW CAREER. ALL COURSE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED.
