Please Note: Registration for each class will close 12 hours before class time. All class participants must pre-register.
This one hour class will help orient and ground, your mind and body through breath awareness and mindful meditations on scripture. You will be invited into slow, gentle stretching and movement that offers mobility and balance. This class combines trauma informed techniques with scripture and biblical based empowerment, for a peaceful and healing experience. It is for all levels of ability.
This is for the June 2025 class session, running on Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:30am at our office at 3480 W Market St. Suite 205, Fairlawn, OH 44333.
You may bring your own mat or use one of ours. You may also want to bring water.
Class will only run with 3 or more particpants per class, but is capped at 10.
