Course Fees:

·      A $25 deposit is required to secure a spot in the workshop.

·      Add $50 for to pay for entire workshop.

·      All additional fees can be prepaid on this website or via cash or check on the day of the course. We cannot accept credit cards in person. 

·      If paying for more than one person please be certain to provide names and email addresses for each individual attendee. 

·      A PayPal account is required for registration. Credit cards cannot be accepted directly at this time.

Topics covered during the five (5) hour course include:

·      Basic Firearm Safety

·      Firearm Parts and Operation

·      Shooting Fundamentals

·      Holsters and Safe Concealment Considerations

·      Concealed Firearm Permit Restrictions

·      Travelling and Transporting Firearms and Ammunition

·      Federal Firearms Regulations

·      Reciprocity and Recognition

 

Each attendee will require the following:

·      Firearm(s) to be used.

·      At least 2 magazines for semiautomatic handguns or two speedloaders/speed strips for revolvers.

·      Holster or normal concealment device for at least one handgun.

·      Minimum of 200 rounds of handgun ammunition.

·      Sufficient ammunition for any other firearm types (rifle/shotgun) to be used.

·      Eye and Hearing Protection (Electronic Hearing Protection Recommended).

·      Appropriate clothing for weather conditions (No open-toed shoes).

·      Brimmed Hat and sunscreen recommended.

  

Each student will be provided with a Certificate of Completion to apply for a VA Concealed Handgun Permit
