#ITSTARTS is a public awareness campaign designed to engage our communities in discussions about racism and discrimination in Simcoe County. #ITSTARTS promotes the ideas of unified community and encourages collective action against racism and discrimination. The campaign runs every year in Simcoe County during the month of March.
The "Train the Trainer" session is designed for #ITSTARTS Ambassadors and Community Champions eager to share knowledge they've gained from the campaign. This training will equip you with the tools to effectively host an Introductory Ambassador Information Session within your community of practice. You’ll receive essential speaking points and strategies for handling challenging conversations with confidence and ease.
