SUMMARY (TECHNICAL LEVEL)
These workshops will appeal to all those who wish to gain a practical understanding and useful working knowledge of elements within their professional environment. This session will:
i. Provide clarity regarding the commutation as a negotiation tool.
ii. Work through the rationale of what commute offer would work in various scenarios.
iii. Explain the roles others play in the resolution, or otherwise, of a difficult portfolio.
iv. Explore the options that exist outside of the negotiation arena and how the legal aspects can help, or hinder, the process.
All workshop trainers have many years’ practical experience in their professional fields, and their real life practical responses to some of the workshops do’s and don’ts will help every delegate. Workshops are interactive and based on realistic case studies. Please note: this workshop is limited to 12 delegates.
