If you're new to exercise and wondering if tumbling is your thing, the Intro to Tumbling 4 Grown-Ups is just for you!
Join us to build mobility, strength, and coordination for tumbling. You'll conquer your first tumbling tricks like the forward roll and handstand.
Attire: Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing. Remember, you will be barefoot for this class!
Waiver: You must have a completed AT757 Waiver form must be filled out upon arrival at the gym. We cannot let you in to class until the waiver form is completed.
