In this class you will learn License Law, Real Estate Math, the Nature of Property, Agency, Ownership, Rights, Transfer of Title,Finance and all the Prinipals of the Practice of Real Estate In Georgia. This is the required course preparation of the Georgia Real Estate Exam.
The text book is Real Estate Dynamics Georgia Edition and should be picked up at any time prior to class at Maximum Community Realtors at 708 Highway 293, Emerson, Ga
In order to receive credit, you must be in your seat and ready to learn at 6:00 pm promptly. Class will end at 9:00 pm. The classes will begin on Monday,April 17th. We will meet Mon. to Thus. for the evening classes. Saturday is 8:30-5:30. Our class exam will be on March.9th. You must pass the class exam to be elegible for the State Exam. You will know if you passed by email on May 12th. You can then schedule with AMP to take the State Exam.
You will need to be at lease 18 years old , Have a High School or equivalent diploma and no criminal record. You will be required by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to verify your lawful presence in Georgia and to pass a background check.
Upon payment and registration you will receive several other documents we will need prior to class.
This class meets Mon.-Wed. from 6pm -10pm. This cycle continues for 6 weeks ending on May 24th which will be the day of the final exam.
