The Stock Market Challenge is a fantastic resource for teaching in a myriad of subjects – history, economics, personal finance and math are just a few curricula that fit perfectly with the SMC! In this workshop, teachers are re-introduced to the SMC and learn fun ways to incorporate it into the curriculum as a way to meet important Florida Standards. Teachers walk away with lessons ready to go in the classroom or in a club and empowered to creatively personalize lessons in the classroom. We’ll even investigate the popular boardgame – Daytrader. Teachers are encouraged to use the information from this workshop to apply for, and win, one of the Florida Council on Economic Education’s most prized awards – Stock Market Advisor of the Year!
