What is the INNERGY Forum & Why have it?
INNERGY is more than just software. We pair our robust and powerful ERP platform with a tailored education experience called the Executive Forum. This experience takes business case studies and applies the lessons learned directly to the millwork industry.
The Executive Forum is part of the INNERGY experience– it is no extra cost to you. Change is hard and managing people is difficult– problems that software cannot solve alone. The week long courses are hosted in St. Cloud, MN. Change management is the central theme along with lessons designed to take your organization to the next level.

A forum is NOT INNERGY Software Training. A forum IS a learning opportunity to help you in your efforts towards organizational alignment.
A forum is NOT a traditional classroom setting. A forum DOES turn a classroom into a boardroom offering participants a low risk way to test solutions to business challenges.
Class Attendance & A Typical Day
It is expected that participants will devote their full time to the Forum. The Facilitator considers attendance by each participant at each class essential if the Forum is to make its maximum contribution to the individual and to the group. Accordingly, attendance at all classes, discussion groups and Forum events is required. There will be breaks during the day to conduct business, but please arrange so that distractions are minimized.
Each participant is encouraged to bring a laptop, but it is not necessary for participation. There will be required course work that will be made easier with the use of Excel.
Airport
You will want to fly into Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport (MSP) on Sunday the week of the Forum. St. Cloud is a little over an hour from the airport so be sure to book a flight that gets you into Minneapolis in time to get to St. Cloud by 6pm Sunday night for the kickoff dinner. Please book a return flight home any time after 3pm on the Friday of the Forum. We conclude at noon which gives you plenty of time to get back to MSP.

Cancellation
Last minute cancellations can force us to cancel the entire forum. Once you've signed up for the forum, you're part of the group and our planning includes you! Please think about your schedule and calendar PRIOR to signing up for the Forum.
