Session 1: Needs Assessment Using InformTN
This session will support participants in conducting a thorough needs assessment using the InformTN planning tool. Participants will engage in activities that connect the processes of quality needs assessment for continuous improvement to the tools and resources available in InformTN. Facilitators will demonstrate aspects of the planning tool live and allow participants opportunities to practice with support during the training.
