[ILKB] C.O.A.C.H Certification Class

The total amount of work time will be approximately ten to twelve hours.  There are five sessions that need to be completed over five weeks time.  Session one and five are "Live" via Zoom.  Sessions two, three, and four and completed with our Learning Management System, so you can go at your own pace.  All sessions are focused on kickboxing technique and then going through the workbook learning teaching techniques and classroom strategies.  

YES, the online course, Kickboxology, is accredited with American Council of Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM/AFAA), CanFitPro, and others.  

No equipment needed. When you purchase the course, we will send you boxing gloves, hand wraps, striking targets, the workbook, and more.
