As part of Simcoe County's 2026 Week of Welcome, this training will support HR professionals and workplace leaders in embedding Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) principles into onboarding and retention practices. Aligned with the Simcoe County Workplace Inclusion Charter, participants will explore practical, action-oriented strategies to create more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible workplaces, support newcomer talent, and strengthen employee engagement, belonging, and retention.
