      Registration will be on-site only starting 02/15 at Senbeb Natural Foods.

This is an in-person and virtual event on Zoom and Recordings will NOT be available, attendees MUST be present to participate

Also, Please note that participation in all exercises is voluntary and participants should clear any exercise program with their doctor before participating.
