About the Speakers :
Eng. Azzam Khaled
Eng. Azzam Khaled is a seasoned engineering leader with over two decades of experience advancing innovation in the construction industry. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Diploma in Business Management. Across his career in Canada, Palestine, and the UAE, he has founded and managed several pioneering companies since 1999, including United, Asbab, Cobiax Middle East, Next Era, and CME Structural Solutions.
Eng. Rasha Khamis
Rasha is a structural engineer with extensive experience in structural design, management, and value Engineering oversight. She has a strong background in supervising structural design engineers and managing all aspects of project delivery. Rasha also played a key role in the development of eVos voided slabs and eFill voided filling systems and various hybrid solutions. Her proven expertise spans engineering sales and client relationship management.
Eng. Ahmad Shayeb
Ahmad A. El Shayeb is a civil engineer and technical manager with nearly 40 years of experience in structural design and construction management across the Middle East. He has led major projects in the UAE, KSA, and Oman, specializing in post-tension systems, voided slab technology. Member of the Order of Engineers & Architects (Beirut) and the Society of Engineers (UAE), Ahmad is recognized for combining technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver complex projects with efficiency and quality.
